cocos2d 3.9 Cocos Code IDE

BUT I cannot! Cocos Code IDE does not accept the folder with cocos2d-x3.9 source code. It cannot find the folder with some runtime files.
Does it mean the Cocos Code IDE for Lua is abandoned?
