Performance in Canvas

I just created empty project with Canvas size 480x640. And put a background image with similar size. And fps on my Android 4.4 and Default browser drops to 38 fps from 60 fps without any images. This image don't have alpha and i try jpg and png at all.
Also i'm trying in Chrome on Android, in Canvas mode. I have only 15 fps =) But w/o mage its 25 fps.
First i'm think it an basic canvas problem, but when i try similar situation in Pixi.js all OK. And i don't have so big fps drops(only 1-4 fps).
What the problem with this? How i can fix it? Maybe some checkbox or option in Sprite component?
