cocos2d-x 3.8.1 and SDKBOX v1.0.0.15 crash on android without plugin installed

Is there some way how I can fix this now? Downgrading SDKBOX did not work and the funny thing is when I want to install the IAD plugin in the main project I get an error too? Is there some way to fix this?
