I found on google Raymond's thread from 2012 where he spoke about creating a tool called "Super Animation Converter" and there's mentions of SAM files on that thread, is that the thing? I am very very newbie though, I tried embedding the SAM file in the sample html that came with coco2D and nothing showed, I am probably doing something really basic wrong but I am just trying to learn from scratch
