No sound and HsSrv.dll problem

When I try to run an Cocos2dx application, there is an exception occuring in the beginning. I can continue into the game, but this time there are no sounds in the game. As I run the same game in the android phone, sound effects are okay.

I uploaded the image of exception.

My operating system is Windows 10 64 bit and I have a Asus Sonar XDS soundcard.
