Timeline Hover Help is annoying

The little question mark icon should (in my opinion) be clickable instead of appearing when you hover it.
Every time I adjust an animation I accidentally hover the icon so the info text pops up. It is especially annoying when you are working on short animations because the info text area covers a good deal of the timeline area.
